Behind the Badge and surviving Los Angeles

I am a young female surviving life in hectic, fast-paced Los Angeles. I am surviving new marriage, as well as life married to an LAPD Officer, and with that comes the media and politics. I survive working and living in LA as well as seeking knowledge and striving to lead a healthy , organic and stress-free as possible life, which isn't easy when working in the cut-throat corporate world or being married to an LAPD Officer.

New Beginnings and New Endings....

Hey all, well. I have been away for awhile huh?

Things happen, life goes on and divorce papers get served I suppose right?

Well, my husband and I are divorcing. I won’t go into detail, that’s between family and friends close enough to know.

But my support for LE is still ongoing as my prayers for my husbands safety as a LEO are always.

I’ll also continue this site because it’s not just about my life married to an LAPD Officer but about the planet, Country, State and city I live in. Politics and more.

I got my first subscription to a great magazine though called Marriage. It came in last night and a great article was “ Things I wish I’d known before divorce”. Now the divorce isn’t my choice but I think this article as well as several others where amazing to a married couple, even at the point my husband and I are at now.

I would like to hear advice for the first year of marriage as well as going through divorce and such. So if you have any, please share.

Thanks,

IHHB
